                   Herewith the additional corrections to be made in the

                   third printing.  Both AE and I have spoken to you about

                   these, and he has also marked a Xerox of the more

                   difficult correction that is to be made in the index.

                   p. 69 – line 20 – should read – stereotype

                   p. 338 – line 18 – should read – jealousy

                   p. 189 – line 9 – should read – Congress

                   You already have the correction list of two pages in

                   length that were made for the Vintage edition.
