last Spring, a copy of "Who Speaks for the
Negro?"
     You have made another eloquent
and penetrating contribution to the 
understanding of race relations in the U.S.
     Thank you: primarily for that
contribution; but also for your
thoughtfulness in sending me a copy
of "Who Speaks"
