Dear Sir:

          I shall, to confirm our conversation by telephone this morning, call you Sunday evening to arrange an appointment.  Meanwhile, I shall hold Monday entirely free.  After checking trains again, I find that I was wrong about the time when I could get to New York.  There is an early train and I could be at your hotel by a little after 9:00 AM, if that would help matters.

          I am enclosing a carbon of my earlier letter to you giving more detail about the kind of interview involved.
