Dear Sirs:

I am writing for Mr. Robert Penn Warren, whose book Who Speaks for the Negro? Random House is publishing this spring.

Could you let us know what happened to the suit brought against the Aunt Jemima Pancake Houses?  We have already written to the N.A.A.C.P. at 80 West 40^th Street, and they have advised us that they have no information concerning the suit.  We would appreciate any help that you can give us about the case inasmuch as it is extremely important to the accuracy of the book.
